Gwyneth Paltrow in Sparkling Stella McCartney

After all her book promotions, Gwyneth Paltrow was in New York for the star-studded Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty Costume Institute Gala on May 2.

Gwyneth has been on such a roll of great outfits that her nude Stella McCartney gown looks a little subdued, no matter how many crystals are on it.  The dress also bears a resemblance to her second Oscars gown making it even less an exciting look.

Completing the looking for Gwyneth were nude Louboutin pumps and some Fred Leighton gems.

Gwyneth's Book Promo Dresses

Gwyneth Paltrow has been out promoting her new cookery book My Father's Daughter: Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family & Togetherness and various events lately and one of her best looks was the navy blue Vionnet dress she wore with Aperlai heels. 

A few days earlier she had opted for super simplicity in a white sleeveless Stella McCartney dress along with Sergio Rossi heels.

Although simple, though, Gwyneth's Stella dress costs a pricey $1,295 at Neiman Marcus.

I was bony up top and kind of dumpy on the bottom. But my trainer, Tracy Anderson, completely changed my legs, butt, arms and stomach. I feel better than ever, too.”

Gwyneth teamed a bold-shouldered dress from the designer with a sweet pink clutch and suede peep-toe boots.

Gwyneth Paltrow's Golden Oscar Looks

Gwyneth Paltrow donned two metallic gold looks for the Academy Awards last night (February 27).

She teamed her shimmering Calvin Klein dress with gorgeous Louis Vuitton jewels including colorful earrings and a brooch at the waist.

Simple, straightened hair co-ordinated with her arrival dress and the nude, sparkle-embellished Michael Kors gown she wore while performing her song from Country Strong.

The slit-bottom of her CK dress gave a peep of gold ankle-strapped Brian Atwood heels, but it was some simple gold pumps that were paired with her second dress.

She later added a gold Jimmy Choo clutch to the look while attending the Vanity Fair Post-Oscar Party.

Gwyneth Paltrow's Grammy Award Looks

Gwyneth Paltrow at The 53rd Annual GRAMMY Awards held at Staples Center in LA last night. 

Gwynnie turned music star for the night, performing with Cee-Lo Green in a stunning, deep v cut black cut suit and some super-high Christian Louboutin booties (on-line in Tan at net-a-porter.com); plus some eye-grabbing pink feather earrings from Wilfredo Rosado.

She seemed to skip the red carpet but was pictured at the show in a black mesh overlay dress from Emilio Pucci plus a different pair of Louboutins - the buckled "Amber" heels.
